Program FAQ

Questions About the Program

Can I start the program while still in a consumer proposal?
Yes. The self-serve content is accessible immediately. For any new credit accounts covered in Phase 3 (like a secured card), you'll need written approval from your Licensed Insolvency Trustee first — but the curriculum content itself has no restrictions on when you can start.
What's the difference between the tiers?
All tiers include 100% of the curriculum content, guides, and handouts — nothing is gated behind a higher tier. The difference is advisor time: Foundation is fully self-serve, Rebuilder adds the 4 highest-impact coaching sessions, and Accelerator adds a session at every module milestone plus priority support.
How long does the program take?
The curriculum takes most people 2–4 weeks to work through at a comfortable pace. The actual rebuilding timeline — reaching 600+, 650+, 700+ — depends on your starting point and how consistently you apply what you learn. Most clients see meaningful score movement within 3–6 months.
Does the program work for bankruptcies too, not just proposals?
Yes. The 8-stage rebuilding roadmap covers all four debt relief paths — DMP, consumer proposal, debt settlement, and bankruptcy. Phase 4 includes path-specific notes for each situation, and your coaching sessions are customized to wherever you are in the process.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes. If you start on Foundation and decide you want coaching sessions, you can upgrade to Rebuilder or Accelerator and pay only the difference. Contact us to arrange an upgrade at any point.
Are the installment payments interest-free?
The installment amounts shown reflect the total program fee spread over the payment period. Confirm payment terms with your advisor at signup — payment processing fees may apply depending on method.
